Refund policy

1) All Sales Final (No Change-of-Mind Returns)

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or similar reasons.

2) Undelivered Orders — Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if your order is undelivered.

  • An order is considered undelivered if the carrier tracking does not show “Delivered” within 15 business days from the ship date (USPS Media Mail typical window is 5–7 business days).

  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is not eligible for refund (see Section 4 for misdelivery/theft).

  • Approved refunds for undelivered orders are issued to the original payment method, including the $2 flat shipping charge.

How to request: Email us with your order number once the 15-business-day window has passed.

3) Damaged in Transit — Replace or Refund

If your book arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you.

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the shipping box, mailing label, and the damaged item(s).

  • At our discretion, we may issue a refund instead of a replacement based on stock availability.

How to request: Email [your email] with your order number, photos, and a brief description within 7 days.

4) Packages Marked Delivered (Misdelivery/Theft)

If USPS marks your package “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, it is not refundable under this policy.
Please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors, and look around the delivery area.

  2. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number to open an inquiry.

Tip: Many carriers deliver later in the day; packages may appear within 24 hours of the first delivery scan.

5) Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address are not refundable. We can reship once the address is corrected; a $2 flat reship fee applies.

6) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation or address change before the order ships.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.

7) What We Don’t Accept

  • Returns without prior authorization

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or handling

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse or minor cosmetic variations typical of manufacturing/shipping

8) How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank/credit card 5–10 business days to post funds after we process the refund.

9) Shipping Method & Timing (Reference)

Orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Processing time: within 2 business days. Transit time: typically 5–7 business days, subject to carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

10) Legal

Nothing in this policy limits your rights where prohibited by law. If state or federal law grants you additional rights, those rights will apply.
